Energized Capital structures and delivers financing programs for customers, contractors, and channel partners across the electrification market. Its core mission is to remove the first-cost barrier to electrification adoption — the single most common reason customers defer or abandon projects.
By embedding financing directly into the Energized Source transaction flow and the EnergizedIQ platform, Energized Capital converts projects that would otherwise stall into completed sales — growing revenue for every other subsidiary simultaneously.

Energized Development is the infrastructure division of Energized Corp — built to develop, own, and operate electrification infrastructure assets. Where Energized Source supplies the channel, Energized Development takes a principal position: acquiring sites, developing projects, and holding operating assets that generate long-term contracted revenue.
Target asset classes include commercial and industrial EV charging networks, community solar and storage installations, behind-the-meter battery and microgrid systems, and other electrification infrastructure where ownership creates durable value. Energized Development acts as both developer and owner-operator — not a contractor or EPC service provider.
